I am currently running online yoga classes. If you’d like to take part please complete the Health Information form and you will receive an email with a link to access the classes.

If at any time during the session, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture or take an easier option.

You may rest at any time during the class.

It is important in Yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.

By participating in this online yoga/movement class with Carolyn (Seasonal Wellbeing) I hereby agree to the following:

That I am participating in classes or workshops offered by Seasonal Wellbeing during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga and health. I recognise that Yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I understand it is my personal responsibility to consult with my doctor regarding my participation.
I understand that it is my responsibilty to find a pace that suits me, and to notify the instructor about any illness, condition or injury which may affect my ability to participate fully in the class.
I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of participating in these sessions.
